To place an order online, you must have a Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, you must apply for one at www.paypal.com (it's fast, free and easy!). With Paypal, you can pay for your order using a number of various credit and debit cards.

SHIPPING & COSTS
What method of shipping do you use?
For all deliveries within the United States, our main method of shipping is through USPS Priority Mail. All items are shipped from our main lab in San Francisco, CA. On average, Priority Mail takes about 2-3 days to deliver your package. However, we do not have any power over USPS, so Forensiks is not responsible for any delays in shipping time. All shipments will be sent with Delivery Confirmation so that there is a tracking number. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email including the delivery confirmation number. This number can be used to track your package at www.usps.com. Usually it takes about 24 hours for the package information to show up in their system. Insurance may be purchased seperately, but is not required.
Most local orders will be delivered using our own service, Forensiks Freight. Standard shipping rates will apply.
How much is shipping?
Most items on the site are shipped using Standard shipping rates. These rates are as follows:

DELIVERY TIMES
I just placed an order, when will it get shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Yup, we're that quick! We don't like to wait for freshness, and figure, neither do our customers. So our goal is to get your order to you as soon as we can!
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
I have a flier with a code for 10% off, where do I type in the code?
Sweet! You got one of our promo codes! When you finish shopping and go to checkout, you'll see a box that says Discount Code. Type your code in there. Press "Update Total" and see how much you've saved!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I need to return something. How do I go about doing this?
You have 7 days from receipt of your order to make any returns. Items must be in new condition, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Before returning any merchandise, please contact us for a MRN (Merchandise Return Number). No returns will be processed without a valid MRN.
All items more than 7 days old can be sent in for an exchange. Items being returned for exchange must be in new condition, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Any items not meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
